Orders with a value of upto £9.99 cost £2.25 postage
Orders with a value of £10.00 upto £29.99 cost £3.95 postage
Orders over £29.99 are Delivered Free of charge

We try our hardest to keep postage costs as low as possible.
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail. All orders take upto 2 working days to process and dispatch depending on availability. With our standard delivery service you should receive your goods within 14 working days, So please allow up to 14 days before contacting the Careline excluding Floor tiles where we use transport companies that can take upto 15 days from cleared payment depending on availability.
SHOES AND BOOTS
Returns are accepted with prior agreement. Postage costs will not be refunded. Items can be returned ONLY by prior agreement and all customers are responsible for ALL postage costs - if you require any clarification then please feel free to email us WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SHOES 'THAT DON'T FIT' WE WILL OFFER AN EXCHANGE
TILES
Due to the nature of the tile delivery we cannot accept returns or issue refunds, We do replace full or part losses due to third party fault.
We accept returns on all our other products. Notification is needed within 7 days.
Photographic evidence is needed on damaged furniture so we can make a successful claim against the delivery company.
In the unlikely event of damage being caused during delivery a replacement part or piece will be dispatched immediately.
Returns Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return it in perfect condition in the original packaging and within 14 days. We will then arrange to exchange the product or make a refund. Please note any refunds will not include postage, packaging or courier charges. The customer is also responsible for any return shipment charges.
All returns must have a returns number. Please contact our Customer Services Department in order to receive your returns number.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Current website items or non-custom-made goods, unused, undamaged and fully marketable, may be returned and the order canceled (for any reason) within 14 days of delivery with the prior agreement of the Company. Returned goods must be in their original packing. Please Note: Individual Custom made safety mirrors or floor tiles can not be returned or canceled. For products returned the Customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (including any insurance) of returning the goods to the original dispatch point.
The Customer’s payment will be returned within 30 days, subject only to deduction of any direct costs of transport and insurance incurred by the Company in relation to the original shipping and return of the goods upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale. Orders for custom-made goods may only be canceled if work on the product has not yet begun.
